Home Work – 7th February 2017

I knew that I’d be struggling for time to hit the gym, so opted for some basic work in the lounge instead. It was anything too arduous;-

  • Goblet squats – 3 x 10 reps @ 6.8kg
  • Resistance band side steps – 3 x 20
  • Resistance band forward steps – 3 x 20
