I can almost bend my knee without it hurting. I can almost straighten it back out, relatively pain free. On a scale of 1-10, I’m probably going to call it 8.5. It has taken nearly 2wks of stretching to get this far. I am desperate now to be back to normal. Well, as normal as I can be.
The consequences of this injury had been not being able to do the strengthening and stretching that helps with sciatica. It’s not just for my running that I want to be fully fit again. It’s so frustrating.
