Yet again, we have moved up a few places, so a huge “well done, Team”!
Our team performance is improving each week, and I hope that the individual performances are too. Whether you are completing more runs, running for longer, or for further, you are getting stronger, and fitter. I really hope that you are enjoying the runs too.
For some of us, half marathon races are fast approaching. Those running Silverstone should have their longest runs sorted; we are nearly ready, guys!
On the other hand, some of the team are still struggling with illness and injury. These things happen, and you shouldn’t feel bad about not running. The important thing is to get yourselves fit, and healthy before you resume your running. The team has your back, and we are flying!
