Week 12 – No change

Amazingly, half way through a week away, eating out every night, and drinking far too much wine, my weight has not changed. I’ve managed to fit some runs in, which is pleasing, and the relief at not gaining, is immeasurable.

We still have a few more days to go, plus party Saturday, so I definitely will not be reaching my target weight by the end of March. Instead, I will now be focusing on getting there before my summer holiday in June.
